Client snapshot
Clevero.co is an Australian operations platform for service businesses: client records, scheduling, compliance, billing and workflows in one system. Its promise is simple: run your whole operation and stay audit-ready. It is built for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and a patchwork of disconnected tools.
The problem
Clevero's search presence depended on people who already knew its name. Buyers searching for the problem, the category or a shortlist of options mostly never met it.
That was a structural gap, not a content-volume gap. Clevero competes across business management, field service, accounting, client management, compliance and workflow automation. Each is a category with active buyers. None had a connected body of content behind it, so Google had no reason to treat Clevero as an authority in any of them.
The language was inconsistent too. The website, blog and founder channels described Clevero in different ways, which left both buyers and search engines without a clear answer to what Clevero is.
What EmploraX did
One position, used everywhere
We anchored every channel to a single category position: all-in-one business management software for Australian service businesses that need to stay audit-ready. Field service, accounting, client management, compliance, scheduling, billing and automation now sit underneath that one proposition instead of competing with it.
Topic clusters built around how buyers actually search
We mapped the search territories Clevero could realistically own and built each one as a cluster across the buying journey. Problem-led content captures businesses feeling the pain. Comparison, best-of and industry content meets them while they evaluate. Product, feature, integration and industry pages catch them when they are ready to act. Internal linking ties the stages together so every page strengthens the others.
Content written for buyer questions, and existing pages rebuilt
New content was built around real buyer questions and commercial intent: educational guides, industry pages, comparisons, FAQs and product pages. Existing pages were optimised in parallel, so the site's back catalogue started contributing to authority instead of sitting idle.
Australian intent, deliberately
Clevero sells to Australian businesses, so we targeted Australian searches directly: field service software, business management software, accounting software and NDIS software, each with local intent.
Built to be cited in AI answers
Buyers now research software inside AI-generated answers, not just the ten blue links. Clear, structured, category-level content gave Google's AI features something worth citing, and Clevero began appearing as a recommended option in software research queries.
A founder voice to carry the position
We built founder Lez Yeoh's presence on LinkedIn and Medium around the problems Clevero's buyers live with: too many tools, manual admin, compliance overhead, approval bottlenecks, and growth that makes a business heavier to run. The point of view is consistent and deliberately not a product pitch: a business should not get operationally heavier just because it grows.
The results
Search visibility nearly tripled
Clevero appeared in Google results 121K times in the last quarter, up from 45.3K in the quarter before. That is 2.7x the visibility, driven by rankings across the clusters rather than a spike on a single page.

Visibility turned into visits
Organic clicks grew 72%, from 1.28K to 2.2K. New users arriving from organic search grew 47.5% to 1.5K.

Rankings moved toward page one
Clevero's average position across all its queries improved from 13.8 to 10.8. That average now sits at the edge of page one, while the number of queries it ranks for keeps expanding.

Clevero is now part of the answer in AI search
Google Search Console recorded 10.9K impressions for Clevero inside Google's generative AI features last quarter, roughly five times the daily rate of the quarter before. When a buyer asks Google for business management or field service software options, Clevero is increasingly one of the names in the answer.
From search to signed deals
This is the number that matters. In 90 days, Clevero closed 4 deals from leads that first found Clevero through organic search and AI answers.
The takeaway
Clevero did not grow by publishing more. It grew because every page, cluster and founder post reinforced one position in the categories its buyers search, in Australia and inside AI answers. The result is an organic channel that compounds and a pipeline that closes.
